PATRIMONIUM is an independent Swiss asset management company of alternative asset classes in the areas of real estate, private credit, private equity and infrastructure. Today, Patrimonium and its affiliated companies manage approximately CHF 5 billion for a large number of institutional and private investors and employ more than 70 people in Zurich, Zug, and Crissier/Lausanne.
- Monitor and support existing real estate portfolios and local property managers
- Assist in real estate acquisitions: property analysis, due diligence, preparation of offers, reports, and presentations
- Support sales and letting activities, help coordinate listings, liaise with brokers and external partners
- Contribute to monthly reporting
- Support process improvement and internal procedures
- Provide administrative support and coordinate operational projects
- Analyze and track new real estate development opportunities (residential, commercial, healthcare)
- Assist in preparing external reports for clients and investors
- Organize, attend, and follow up on internal and external meetings
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, or Hospitality Management, ideally with a focus on Finance/Real Estate
- First professional experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector
- Resilient, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong team spirit with a proactive and independent mindset
- Structured approach and solid analytical thinking skills
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German, with a good command of English. French is a strong advantage
